Blake’s state-of-the-art training facility consists of four 27-seater training rooms each with projectors, sound systems, and individual learner computers. We offer this training to support employees to achieve their own goals so that together, we can achieve ours: to become South Africa’s contact centre employer of choice.
Launched in 2014, The Blake Academy facilitates nationally recognised qualifications for all existing Blake Group employees as part of a Learnership Programme. This allows us to equip learners and employees with the skills required to perform at optimum levels within their business units and organisations. Our in-house eLearning Portal is accessible and available to all employees/learners at any time they choose. This means that they can attain accredited qualifications at no cost to them.
Not only do learners receive a nationally recognised qualification, they’re also able to gain valuable work experience at the same time. This leaves them equipped and empowered to make a positive contribution to their companies, communities and South Africa’s workforce as a whole.
